He also said that legal advice for the board had been offered by W. F. Moffett, Jr. without compensation.
Two names were submitted to fill the vacancy on the coun ty Planning Commission. They were Garfield Burke of Woodville who was recommended ay the Rappahannock Jaycees. 1. S. Barksdale submitted the name of T.V. Williams. \ decision on this will be made at he meeting in May. W. F. Moffett, Jr. advised he Board that he felt a statement from the Board should be made concerning the death of )r. Martin Luther King, Jr. I. W. Fletcher concurred on his and the Board asked that dr. Fletcher, Mr. Moffett and
M. Jones, Clerk, draft a esolution which has been inJuded in the minutes of the meeting of the Board. The Board voted to recommend that the hunting regulaions be left as they now stand. Fhis concerned legislation on deer and turkey seasons. Possible changes had been published last week by the Virginia Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries.
