Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding arrived on Monday at the home of Mrs. Codding’s pa re nts, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins after a six weeks motor trip to Mexico and California and other western and southern states. Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey, Jr. and son Frank and N^rs, Perle Coffey spent the weekend in Tyro with Mrs. CJara Coffey and son John. Robert Bruce of Front Royal was a Saturday evening visitor of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown and family. James Nelson Rector and Mrs. Raymond Rector, spent from Wednesday through Friday with Mrs. Perle Coffey and on Thursday they visited Mr. and Mrs. John Beeler in Strasburg and Mrs. Harvey Daily and Mrs. J. P. Cook in the Lynn Care Center in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Sherwood Boze and family and David Layman spent the weekend with Mrs. Boze’s mother,- Mrs. Sue Crutchfield at LaCrosse and on Sunday Mr. Boze and Mr. Layman attended the Golf Tour nament in Greensboro, N. C. Thursday evening visitors of Mrs. Perle Coffey were Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector of Flint Hill and Mrs. Alice Verner and Mrs. Mary Updike of Wash ington. Sunday afternoon callers of Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Clarke
