Refrigerator Rolls (Plain Flour)

1 cake compressed yeast V2 cup melted lard 1 cup lukewarm water 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup potato water 3A cup sugar 1 cup mashed potatoes 10 cups Triplett’s Flouf 2 eggs

Crumble yeast and add luke warm water. Mix well, m add potato water, potatoes, eggs, salt, lard, sugar and 4 cups of TRIPLETT’S ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR. Beat for 3 minutes and add rest of flour. Knead until soft and smooth. Butter fop of the dough and store in a bowl in the refrigerator. Will keep several weeks. Use ais needed' allowing at least two hours for the rolls to rise. Bake at 400 deg. for 20 minutes.
