Defendants The object of this suit is to partition title to certain land Toliver Bennett died seized and possessed o>t, located in Hawthorne Magisterial Distritt, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing ten (10) acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint. An affidavit having been made ind filed, the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, ind the last known post office adIress is correctly set forth oppolite his name listed below: Reid B. Bennett Address Unknown, »nd returns -having been made by the Sheriff of Arlington County that the subpoena in Chancery with i copy of the Bill of Complaint in this suit attached for service on the said Reid B. Bennett whose last known address was 930 North Stafford Street, Arlington, Virginia, with the words on said subpoena so returned by said Sheriff, to-wit: “not found in my bailiwick”.
It is ordered that the said nonresident defendant, Reid B. Bennett do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect his interest.
It is further ordered that the fore""-' ng portion ot this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said detfendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of the order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
