and Mrs. Clyde Perry' in Charlottesville. Attending 4-H All-Star Weekend at Powells Fort Valley were Miss Carter Moffett, Miss Sandra Foster and Tommy Williams. Miss Bucky Fletcher and Nick plater were overnight guests Saturday of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher. Miss Annie Stephenson and Harry Stephenson were visitors of Mrs. Fletcher on Saturday. W. F. Moffett Jr. and son, Frank spent a few days in Richmond last week. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Foster spent the weekend in Baltimore with Mr. and Mrs. Henry K. Nicholson and Colbert Foster. While there they attended a ball game between the Baltimore Orioles and Minnesota. Mrs. Emma Deavers of Annapolis, Md. also visited with them. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller have returned home after visiting Major and Mrs. James S. Willi: and family in Cornwall, N. Y, Major Willis has since left for s tour of duty in Viet Nam. Mrs. Mary Lea has been visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Cargill anc family in Bedford. Miss Mary Lib Snead was ar overnight guest of Miss Anr Baumgardner Saturday. Mrs. F M. Baumgardner and family spent several days at their home ir Alexandria this week.

Mr. and Mrs. William Dewhirs' of Richmond, Dr. and Mrs. L. J Turner, Jr. and family of Chape Hill, N. C. and Mr. and Mrs James M. Pharr of Newport New; were weekend guests of Mrs. L. J Turner, sr.

Last Wednesday Miss Glady: Payne and Mrs. L. J. Turner, sr attended the Shiloh Baptis Association meeting at Mt. Zioi Baptist Church in Madison.
