Miss Jasmin L. Condez of the Philippines strived in Rappahannock County Sunday for a three-week stay to observe and learn more about Extension Youth Programs. She is a Rural Youth Officer, 4-H Extension Agent with the Agriculture Productivity Commission. Miss Condez came to the United States September 3 and will return t6 her home sometime in December. She began her stay here by attending the 24th National Conference on Citizenship and has also spent time in Blacksburg at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and in Rockingham and Page counties. She is the first delegate that the Philippines have sent to participate in the Professional Rural Youth Leaders Exchange Program.
