It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants, Joe Taylor, Mary L. Wells, Ethel W. Wright, Minor Bernard Wells, Sr., Elma Clark Wells, Maude T. Morgan, Clarence Taylor, John Thomas Taylor, Sam Wells, Clarence Wells, and Clarence Henry Wells, if living, or if they be dead, the widow or widower a mu i.eus, devisees and successors in title of Maude 1. Morgan, Clarence Taylor, John Thomas Taylor, Sam Wells, Clarence Wells, and Clarence Henry Wells, whose addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN; AND any other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of Thomas Wells, Sr., whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock New*, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof, to each of the said defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
