Airman Forrest H. Kilby has completed basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas and the Administrative Specialist Course at Keesler AFB, Miss. He is a 1967 graduate 'of George Washington Carver Regional High School and completed one year at Virginia State College, Petersburg. He is spending a furlough at home after which he will report for duty at Clark AFB, Philippines. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Kilby of Brandy Station and is married to the former Arlene Starks of Woodville, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Starks, also of Woodville.
