Juniors and Seniors went to Warren County High School for College Day. Many colleges were represented there telling all about the classes, tuition, and life on campus. Mr. James Martin, Guidance Counselor, sponsored this trip.

Henry “Tony” Lucas, Jr., Sales Training Supervisor of the Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company, has been awarded the Chartered Life Underwriter designation at National Conferment Exercises of the American College of Life Underwriters in New Orleans. The C.L.U. designation is granted persons in insurance who pass a series of professional examinations and meet ethical requirements. Mr. Lucas is a graduate of Washington High School and has been employed with Home Beneficial since 1946. He has qualified for 11 company conventions and is a graduate of the Life Underwriters Training Course.
