BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia: Sec. 1. Pursuant to authority contained in Code of Virginia (1950) as amended, Sec. 24.1-37 through 24.1-39, the precincts and their respective polling places for Rappahannock County, Virginia are hereby created and established as set forth in this ordinance. Sec. 2. The precincts for each election district and the polling place for each precinct shall be as set forth below: Hampton Election District - Washington - Courthouse. Wakefield Election District - Flint Hill - Fire House; Chester Gap - Fire House; Jackson Election District - Amissville - Fire House. Stonewall Election District - Woodville - Woods Store. Piedmont Election District - Sperryville - VFW Hall. Sec. 3. The boundaries of the respective precincts are as set forth below:
