Sec. 4. One supervisor shall be elected from each election district created by this ordinance.
Sec. 5. Should any section or provision of this ordinance be decided to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section and provision of this ordinance.
Sec. 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption and enactment by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia; provided, however, that the several election districts of Rappahannock County, Virginia, with boundary lines and names thereof respectively as constituted and known on the day before this ordinance becomes effective shall continue to be represented on the board of supervisors until January 1, 1972. Further, candidates for the office of county supervisor to be elected on November 9, 1971, shall offer for election from the election districts as established by this ordinance.
