HAMPTON ELECTION DISTRICT: Washington Precinct boundary (same as district boundary). WAKEFIELD ELECTION DISTRICT: Flint Hill Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary, SAVE AND EXCEPT the Chester Gap boundary as hereinafter described). Chester Gap Precinct Boundary: Beginning at A on the plat attached near the intersection of State Road No. 610 and the National Park line; thence with said Park line SE to B, a comer to said Park; thence with line A to B extended SE to its point of intersection with Foot of the Mountain Run at point C; thence in an easterly direction with the meanders of said Run under or across Route No. 660 and Highway No. 522 to the junction of said Run with the Rappahannock River at point D, on the Fauquier County line; thence in a NW direction up said River and said County line to the comer of Rappahannock, Fauquier and Warren Counties on the Blue Ridge Mountain Crest; thence in a westerly direction with the Warren County line to A, the point of beginning. JACKSON ELECTION DISTRICT: Amissville Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary). STONEWALL ELECTION DISTRICT: Woodville Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary). PIEDMONT ELECTION DISTRICT: Sperryville Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary). Sec. 4. The secretary of the electoral board shall notify by mail no later than fifteen days prior to the next general, special or primary election all registered voters whose precinct and/or polling place has been changed by the provisions of this ordinance. Sec. 5. Should any section or provision of this ordinance be decided to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section and provision of this ordinance. Sec. 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption and enactment by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia. Given under my hand this 18th day of May, 1971.
