In the June 7 issue of your paper, a Mr. Carrouth lodged a complaint on behalf of the surveying profession. I met Mr. Carrouth and found him engaging and attractive. It is a pity he omitted to tell in his letter that Vepco is his bread ticket and that his crew did transgress on both the spirit and the letter of the court order. I happen to be able to testify to that.
