Although the container volume has been more than doubled, trash is still being thrown all over the ground. Evidence of this is observed in the constant over-run on the monthly trash bill to the County of $500 to $700 each month since September. The County pays $5 a cubic yard for all the trash the contractor picks up from the ground; Some additional containers are being added this month, to help alleviate this situation.
