THE STEERING Committee to Organize a Youth and Community Center for Rappahannock County will meet Wednesday, January 23, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting at the Rappahannock County Elementary School is open to the public.
The Director of the Front Royal Youth Center and several teenager members of its Board of Directors will talk about their experiences in forming a-Youth Center “from scratch.”
