Additional bills would provide for regulation of building on slopes or flood plains according to standards established by the localities and the Soil Conservation Commission as Ls now provided in legislation for soil erosion control in development of properties. There is also a bill to provide for voluntary donation of scenic easements for 30 years or more to public bodies.
A legislative study on all of these matters will probably be continued for the next two years.
