THE internationally applauded Kenneth Clark Series of moving picture films entitled “Civilisation” ( that’s the British spelling for the BBC series) are being shown in Rappahannock every Sunday night at 7:30 . The public is invited, all ages welcome. The Parish Hall of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington, is the place.
With these films you are given a close-up view of the art wonders of Western Civilization, our heritage and an experience in Greece, Rome, Europe and America, that would cost you decades of travel, years of study and thousands of dollars to even approximate.
The “Civilisation” series of films is here because of Peter Kramer and the Rappahannock County
