Mr. and Mrs. George E. Terry and family of Hampton were guests Sunday of Mrs. Bertha Armel and Mr. and Mrs. William Estes and family.

Mrs. Lester J. Burke left Sunday to return to her home in Boston, England.

Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and family of Fairfax were weekend guests of Mrs. Penaranda’s father J. Stant Weaver. Additional Sunday dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Butler and family of Boston.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Burke were guests from Friday until Sunday last week of their son Jennings Burke in Alexandria and attended the running of the Preakness at Pimlico, Md. Saturday. They were guests from Sunday until Wednesday of Mrs. Burke’s sister Mrs. Arthur Vaughan in Fredericksburg. 'Sunday dinner guests ot Mrs. Addie Keyser were Mrs. Linwood Rutherford, her son and daughter Terry and Linda Martin, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Pullen, all of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Keyser and children Daniel and Debbie of Winchester.

Capt. and Mrs. David C. Collins and children Michelle and Bill of Laurel, Md. spent the holiday weekend with Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Curtis.
