“I’m about ready to make a motion for them not to do anything,” H.B. Wood said.
“I’ll second that,” Clarence Baldwin said.
Mels Parsons said he’d attended a PEC planning conference in August and he felt that Rappahannock County was “vulnerable.” Parsons “apologized” for using a military term, “But we need better intelligence. Information, I mean.
“I think further work on the master plan is essential. If we’re satisfied we don’t need anything, maybe plan is a bad word,” Parsons said. “But we shouldn’t cease our efforts.”
“We’re not stopping and doing nothing,” George Davis interjected.
