Fanning Baumgardner emphasized that he felt work on the. master plan should begin. “We have the zoning and the subdivision ordinances, but we need to look beyond this, to think in terms of historic and scenic preservation.”
Pete Luke said he wanted to be sure the Planning Commission had the support of the community as they went about preparing the plan. “That’s my philosophy of government,” he said.
