ANYONE WHO has talked with a Piedmont dairy farmer, grain grower or livestock breeder is immediately impressed by the tremendous amount of technical expertise involved in modern agriculture. It is an industry in every sense of the word, and Rappahannock and all Piedmont Counties should realize their blessings in having such an industry so well-established. □
