A 12-YEAR-OLD Arlington boy has been found “not innocent” of the murder of- a-nine - yearold Amissville boy which took place last July.

After a 13-hour trial in Culpeper last week, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Judge W.D. Reams Jr. found the Arlington youth “not innocent” of the murder of young Jennings Stuart Webb, Jr. Webb was found dead in the woods near his home around 1:30 a.m. on August 1. He had been missing for nearly 12 hours. Cause of death was established as the result of strangulation and a skull fracture, Dr. James A. Byer,chief medical examiner for Northern Virginia, testified. Dr. Beyer also said that evidence indicated the Webb child was alive when both the strangulation and the skull fracture occured.
