A. H. Azari of Rockville, Md. was cited for failing to yield the right of way in a traffic collision on Route 211 Sunday just west of Amissville. Azari was operating a 1970 American traveling east on the highway when he sideswiped a 73 Chevrolet driven by Anna Mary Longerback of Crockett. Trooper A. C. Moore investigated the collision.
