Under and by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned trustee by that certain deed of trust made by CARSBIE C. ADAMS, dated April 17, 1975, and recorded among the land records of the County of Rappahannock in Deed Book 115 at page 77, default having been made in the terms of the note secured thereby in -the original principal sum of _ $30,000.00 and having been requested to do so by the Holder of the note evidencing said indebtedness, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Rappahannock County Courthouse at Washinton, Virginia, on Thursday, November 20, 1975 at 2:00 P.M. the following real estate, situate; lying and being in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, more particularly described as:

All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, known as Tract “C” of C. C. Adams land in Hawthorne District as shown on plat dated May 11, 1973, by J. R. Nicely and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin, said iron being a corner to Tract B; thence, with five exterior property lines of Adams, S 41 degrees, 53’ 29” W 405.03 feet to a Walnut; thence, S 43 degrees 54’ 04” W 494.09 feet to an iron pin; thence, S 38 degrees 55’ 43” W 391.30 feet to an iron pin; thence S 9 degrees 10’ 01” W 524.13 feet to an iron pin; said iron being the southeast corner of Adams; thence, N 85 degrees 31’ 27” W 557.02 feet to an iron; thence, with two new lines through Adams, N 5 degrees 07’ 05” E 1,244.69 feet to an iron; thence, N 82 degrees 08’ 22” E 1,420.00 feet to the beginning, containing 25.621 acres.
