Puri, the Bailey family cat, sits on top of a trellis Bill built for his cucumber vines to climb. He has three plants on each side of the trellis and, following organic gardening principles, has interspersed nasturtiums with the cucumbers to keep the bugs away.
HOMECOMING
Gid Brown Bible Church will have Homecoming, June 6 at 10 a.m. Speakers will be Bob McClure, Carl Black, Ed Morgan and Ed Hawkins. There will be special singing by the Carl Black family. Everyone is invited. □
