NOTICE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a Joint Public Hearing be held with the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at the Board’s next regular meeting on the 3rd day of June, 1976, commencing at 10:00 a.m., in the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia, for the following purposes: 1. To amend the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and rezone “High Hill Farm” owned by Wade H. Massie, Jr., located on the north side of Highway 211 and on the east side of Highway 522 at Massie’s Comer, from Agriculture (A-1) District and/or Conservation (CV-1) District, to Subdivision (SR-1) District.

2. To amend the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and rezone a part of the “Noce Farm” owned by Oscar Lindgren, located on the south side of Secondary Road 622, east of Rock Mills, from Agriculture (A-l) District to Subdivision (SR-1) District. Resolution adopted at the Board of Supervisors regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1976.
