tournament
The monthly rated chess tournament sponsored by the Rappahannock-Warren Chess Club, theVir- ^ ginia Chess Federation, and other area chess clubs will be held Sunday July 11 beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the Mimslyn Motor Inn, 401 W. Main St. Luray.
This tournament is open to the public to participate or observe. There will be sections for both novice and advanced players. Players should bring their own chess sets and boards. Trophies and other prizes will be awarded winners and ratings will be earned by participants.
