Turner hearing
The trial for Lawrence Turner of Huntly who is charged with armed robbery is scheduled for August 16. A preliminary hearing was conducted Friday in Rappahannock County District Court. Turner alledgedly entered the home of Mr. and Mrs. Graham Hackley in Amissville and robbed them at gunpoint of over $1,300.
Following a pre-trial hearing Monday, Russell Leonard Jordan of Amissville, who was also arrested on the same charges as Turner, entered a plea of guilty and sentencing is scheduled for August 11. □
