Our county has lost an excellent law enforcement officer in the transfer of Trooper J. A. Watson. His richly deserved promotion to Investigator comes as recognition of a remarkable record (achieved in part in this county) in solving crimes, particularly in breaking and entering cases.
Along with many, many others who know about his special talents or who, like myself, have benefited from them, and who are happy for him, we hate to lose his services.
