A second annual barn dance trill be given by the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection on Saturday, October 30. Proceeds from the event trill goto finance RLEP’s continuing efforts to preserve the beauty of Rappahannock.
Marjorie Dahlgren, chairperson for the event, urges everyone to come “and have a good old fashioned time square dancing to the music and calling of Claude Embrey.” Hie festivities trill take place at the big barn at Somarbeth, Huntly, home of Helen and Jay Dawson.
Tickets will be $10 per person or $5 for children under 18 accompanied by adults. They will be on sale at Bradford’s Store, Flint
