The book review contest sponsored by the Rappahannock County Library for high school students begins October 5 and is designed to interest a broader range of young people than the former classic book review concept.
"Last year, elemental students were enthusiastic participants in the Library’s contests, so of course, we are continuing the same format on those and they start this week,” said Georgia Hufsted
