School Budget A School Board budget public hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday. March 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rappahannock County High School Band Roam. The purpose at the meeting is to receive public comments on the School Board’s proposed 2008-2009 school budget. The Superintendent s proposed budget includes a funding request of $8,734,7/0 from county funds and a total. proposed budget of $12,096,432. That amount may be amended pnor to and/or following the Public Hearing by the School Board. A summary of the proposed budget will be posted on the schools' website at www. rappahannock.k12.va.us on or shortly after March 18.
