RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 ot the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice >s hereby given that the Board ot Zoning Appeals tor Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public heanng on Wednesday, March 28, 2008 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SU 08-02-01 Raymond A. Capurta. Jr., owner ot 9.48 acres located at 14282 Leo Highway, Amissville (Tex Map 32, Parcel 7, Jackson District, zoned A -Agricultural), desires a Special Uae permit to build a home tor his mother. In accordance with the Family Apartment standards. Uae allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36A of the Rappahannock County Code with additional standarda under Code Section 170-825.

No applicant or other party in interest, and no attorney for an applicant or party in interest, shall initiate a contact with a member of the BZA for the purpose of conducting a private discussion, in person or by telephone, concerning the merits ot any application, appeal, or other matter pending before the BZA. No member of the BZA shall participate in any such pnvate discussion. Site visits or similar contacts initiated by BZA members shall not constitute such ex parte contacts. A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington. Virginia, and is available for public inspection. Monday through Fnday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Happahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55. if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desinng to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
