Rain barrel program
• What? A program which teaches farmers and gardeners how to collect rain water using plastic barrels connected to gutters or water runoff sites. Over 700 gallons of water can be collected after only 1 inch of rain. The water is used mainly for outdoor use on plants, animals, or washing vehicles. • Who?
