Notably the business is owned and operated by two generations of the Butler family; Steve and Becky Butler are equal partners in the business with their daughter. Stefanie, and her husband. Ricky Shaw Nearly two dozen town residents attended the Washington Town Council meeting last week which opened with two public hearings for special use permits. The council led by Vice Mayor Steve Critzer reviewed applications from the Historical Society and Foster Harrris House Bed and Breakfast. The Historical Society requested upproval to move the existing building closer to the street and add a new three-story addition to the rear of the building. Foster Hurris House owner Olivia Byum sought a side yard exception to allow construction of a deck. Katie Welch with Rachel Berta of Washington spent a few days this week at Massunutten Resort near Mt. Jackson. Frank Moffett spent Wednesday until Sunday in Ogden. Utah attending the graduation of his daughter Mrs. Holly Fritschle. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminal Investigator from Weber State University in Ogden. Utah.
