Pursuant to Section 170-129 ot the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 7:00pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, m order to consider the following application:
SE 08-05-01 Christopher J. Boucher, dba All Star Septic, contract purchaser ot the property located at 1558 Zachary Taylor Highway. Huntly (4.6301 acres, Tax Map 5, Parcel 6, zoned A -Agricultural, Wakefield District), owned by Edith T. North, desires a Special Exception permit to operate a Contractor s office/shop yard. Mr. Boucher plans to store his trucks and equipment inside the former sawmill building. Exception allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36E of the Rappahannock County Code.
