John and Beverly Sullivan of Washington and the board of the Child Care and Learning Center are inviting everyone to “Drinks and Grazing” on Saturday, July 12 at 7 p.m. at the Sullivan’s home. The Meadows.
“July is definitely a month to celebrate and the next best thing alter the festivities on the 4th is the annual party at the Sullivan's,” said Clare Turner, co-chairman of the CCLC Friends.
“It’s a great bash in an elegant, historic house for an extraordinarily worthwhile cause - the Child Care and Learning Center’s scholarship fund.” Turner said. The entrance fee is either $50 per person or - in lieu of cold cash - attendees are encouraged to “raid your own house” and come up with something special - old or new but preferably priceless, said Turner.
