Buy Scout Troop 36 has performed community service by creating a peaceful outdoor sitting area for Rappahannock County while helping Gavin Forrest complete his Eagle Scout project on July 19 at the Old Scrabble School House.
The planning stage for the project began last fall. Thanks to the guidance of Bob Lander, president of the Scrabble School Foundation. Darrow Kirkpatrick.
