A reporter questioned Bennett as to whether this would still constitute a quorum to which Bennett replied to all present that “as long as there was a quorum at the lx-ginning of the meeting," any votes thereafter - no matter how many voting - would still coastitute a quorum.
Schwartz gave a summary of the wastewater pmject and stated that the project was on schedule with a target date for substantial completion of Dec. 11.
