The Slate Mills Home Demonstration club had their monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. Carter White. Business was taken up first, and then a demonstration on **Accessories for the Living Room" was given by the agent. Pointers were taken up, such as the correct hanging of pictures, arrangement of accessories 'on a mantel, use of an old dough board for a magazine rack. Mrs. White, the hostess, has done so much with steneiling on cloth. -At this meeting she showed to the members present the articles she had stenciled. She stenciled curtains for her dauglv - ter’s bed room, which were quite pretty. Delicious refreshments were served.
