S.H.S. Girls Beat Rockets
. Mrs. Qusintance is doing a good job with the girls' basketball- team this year. Even, though SperryVille has had no court for two years, the girls’ team defeated t the Rappahannock Rockets Thursday night, November 10, 22-20. The Rocket Tnen also played the Sperryville HjS. boys and defeated them, 50-12. But just watch ^ S.K.S boys after they have had more practice.
Instead of an assembly program on November 11, a basket-, ball game was played tyetween -two girls' teams. Barbara Brown and Joan Aylor acted as captains . and Barbara’s team won by a score of 25-21.
