Lyle Miller, Mrs. Holmes Hall, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, Mrs. Robert Menefee, Mrs. Gene Wood, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Mrs. George Taylor, Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, and Mrs. Carroll Menefee. Mrs. Fred 'Schaefer was awarded the first prize for club members, and Mrs. Gene Wood first for visitors.
A table arranged for the men included Gene Wood, Dr. John Snead, D. Lyle Miller, H. B. Winfrey, and D. Lyle Miller, Jr., who won first prize.
At the conclusion of the games, a salad ^ourse was served by the hostess.
SNEADS RNTERTA1N THURSDAY AT BRIDGE
Mr. and Mrs. R. V. Snead entertained at bridge Thursday evening, 'having as their guests Mrs. Will Keyser, Joe DeJ. Keyser, Capt. and Mrs. H. C. Warwick, Mrs. Maude Gore, Hampsen Keyser of Washington, D.C., Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh, William Moffett, Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Keyser, 'Mr. and Mrs. John McClanahan, and Mrs. L. P. Williams of Charleston, West Va. Prizes were awarded Capt. Warwick and Hampson Keyser for the men, and to Mrs. Warwick and Mrs. DeBergh for the ladies.
MRS. JAMES ODEN MOVES TO NURSING HOME
Mrs. James Oden, who has been a patient at Front Royal hospital moved Sunday to the Johnson Nursing Home. Mrs. Oden’s condition is favorable.
ENTERTAIN AT DINNER
Mr. and Mrs. John R. Revercomb of Peola Mills entertained at dinner Wednesday, having as guests Miss Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. C. R. Hite, Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Revercomb, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gallihugh, Mrs. Gilbert Weakley, and Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Judd of Luray.
