Notice ist hereby given to the public that Virginia Telephone A Telegraph Company, on December 6, 1960, filed with the State Corporation Commission new sche-, dules, making changes in ite existing rates, charges, rules and regulations. The proposed changes are estimated by the Company to result in an increase in in$rastate gross revenues of approximately $140,000 a year. The State Corporation Commission has suspended the proposed effective date of such changes and has deferred such effective date to March 16, 1951, unless otherwise in the meantime ordered by the Commission. An investigation of the proposed changes has been entered upon by the State Corporation Commission and a hearing on such, new schedules has been set for 10:90 A.M., on February 26, 1951, at the Courtroom of the
