Mrs. L. C. Quaintance, Mrs. R. G. Quaintance and Bobbie, Ed Lynn and Sandra Menefee were guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. John Quaintance at their home in Winchester.
Brooke Moffett of Richmond was the week-end guests of Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett and Brooke Miller at “Greenwood.” Sunday for dinner Mr. Miller and Mrs. Moffett had as their guests Henry Miller. On Sunday evening, guests at Greenwood were Jackie and Kit Price and Mias Bert Armstead.
Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Winfrey 'entertained two tables of bridge Monday evening. Those playing were Mr. and Mrs. R; E- Wood, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Aylor, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, and Mias Louise O'Bannon. Refreshments were served by the hostess during the evening.
Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea, Carlyle Lea and Miss Mary Massie Lea were guests for several days last week of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Williams at Clifford, and of Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Thompson at their home in Lynchburg.
