More than 2Q0 early homes will be shown to visitors during Virginia’s Historic Garden Week from April 21 to 28. Garden ^ Week Headquarters, Jefferson Hotel, Richmond, will furnish details about sight-seeing. It is hoped that the homes in Rappahannock - will be open again this year, following the charming tour arranged by the garden club last year.
From April 27 to May 9, Maryland will entertain its House and Garden Pilgrimage guests. Under this program a day is devoted to each county in the state when gardens, homes, and heirlooms are placed on display. Hostesses will serve tea in the lace and brocades of grandma’s day.
