I speak in universal tongue
No borders do I Heed; The power behind the song that’*
eung;
Behind the notes we read.
I give expression to the soul "
That has no other vent; When I am heard in solemn tole
The human heart is rent.
Power Ur'go8tHl~tByiav^B~beMtr
To move the sloth to action; To calm the weary soul to rest,
To drive one to destruction.
f^om Angel voice* up above
I spoke in notes of praise To bring a message of great love,
And hope of better days.
I speak through mother’s lullaby
To soothe her babe to sleep; And by the open grave am I
To make the mourner weep. .
Jubal coaxed me from a shell
When time was just a baby; Perhaps you think you know me
well,
Perhaps you do, but maybe.
Stay Away 'From High
Tension Electric Lines
Those who find March winds ideal for kite and model airplane flying were warned this week by the local power company safety experts to practice their sport in open fields, well away from high tension lines.
“Tragic accidents which sometimes occur to kite and model airplane fans may be avoided,” Northern Virginia Power Company spokesman said, “by taking proper precautions." He said that safety posters are now being distributed to schools in: this area by Northern Virginia Power Company. These posters give the following rules—Keep kites and model planes away from electric wires; use dry cotton string only; never use metal on kites; and never climb poles. The safety expert said that in addition to causing serious-per - sonal injuries, mis-use of kites and model planes may cause disruption of electric service to hospitals, factories and homes.
