Mrs. John Robert Hudson of Luray, who has been recuperating in the borne of her aunt Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis for the past week, returned to the University Hospital in Charlottesville Monday for a check up. Mrs. Hudson is improved and left for h,er home in Luray Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Collins and Mrs. Fannie McQuinn returned to their home in Arlington, after spending a few days with 'Mrs. E. A. Tapp.

Hampson Keyser of Washington, D.C., was the guest for several days last week of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Keyser.

Mrs. Ruby Fox of Fredericksburg was a guest last week of her son and daughter-in-law^ Mr. and Mrs. Joe Fox in the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Jenkins.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald and two sisters of Remington visited some friends in Amissville last Tuesday.

Miss Ruth. Wood and Master Charlie Smith were the luncheon guests Monday of Miss Judy McGehee at the home of her parents in Flint Hill.

Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Brent, Virginia Brent, Roberta Brent, Marshall Brent and Mason Brent of Richmond were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Miller at “Mt. Prospect.”

Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Updike had as their Sunday guests Mrs. Jessie Manuel and Mr. and Mrs. J. Brady of Winchester.

Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Riddle and Ronnie of Arlington, were guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Revercomb and attended the funeral of George Revercomb. Other guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. Revercomb were Nelson, Clyde, and Russell Revercomb and Miss Mary Hudson of Arlington, they also attended the funeral.

Mr. and Mrs. Hutton of Front Royal spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Walter at Amissville.

Mr. and Mrs. Stant Weaver and children were guests Saturday of Miss Susie Wayland at her home at Five Forks*
