Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea and Carlyle Lea will attend the piano recital at Stuart Hall School, Staunton, Friday evening. Miss Mary Massie Lea will play in the recital. Mr. and Mrs. Lea and Carlyle will return to their home Friday night. They will return to Stuart Hall Sunday for commencement exercises, when Miss Lea will graduate. The exercises will be held Sunday and Monday.
Mrs. Eugene Davis of Front Royal was the guest Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller arid attended the funeral of Billy Keyser.
Miss Elizabeth Racer and Thomas Biedler spent the day Sunday at Colonial Beach.
'Mrs. Charles G. Reid, Mrs. Downing Wood and 'Mrs. H. J. Racer were in Winchester for the day last Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Settle of Orlando, Fla., are guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Settle at their home in Flint Hill. Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Settle had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bowersett and children of Silver Springs, Md. Mrs. John J. Miller, who has been visiting Mr. and Mrs. G. Tyler Miller at their home at Madison College, returned to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Settle Wednesday. Mrs. Miller was accompanied home by Mrs. Miller and Eleise Browning Miller, w:io spent the day, returning to their home in the evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Llewellyn spent last Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Luttrell. Mrs. Thomas Hudson of Charlottesville arrived on Friday for a visit with Miss Louise O’Bannon.
Thomas'Cozzo of Washington, D.C., was a week-end guest in the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor, returning on Sunday with Mrs. Cozzo who spent last week with her parents, recuperating from a recent illness.
