Entertain At Bridge -

z Mr. and Mrs. <7. E. Johnson and Mrs. €. H. H. Branch entertained at bridge in the Johnson borne on Friiday and Saturday evenings. Those playing on Friday evening were Mrs. Callie Keyser, Joe De Jarnett Keyser, Mr. and Mrs. D, D. Miller, Mrs. Louise Price, Mrs. Maude Gore, Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Miller, Jock Brown, Miss Louise O’Banhon, Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Mrs. Jaenie Jarvis, Mrs. Luther Easitham, Mrs. Holmes Hall, Mrs; Z. H. Sealock, Mrs. James Brasher, Mrs. George Taylor, Mrs. Fred1 Schaefer, Mr. ‘ and Mrs. Lewis Turner. Mrs. Gore won the high score prize for the ladies; B. M. Miller for the men, Mrs. Schaefefl the bingo, and Mrs. Brasher and D. D. Miller the low score.

Those, playing on Saturday evening were Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, Mr. and Mrs. John Davis, Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Menefee, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Aylor, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Brue Wood, Mr. and Mrs. -Charles Estes, Mr. and Mrs. Billy -Kilby, Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, Dr. and'Mrs. John P. Snead, Mr. and Mrs. R. £. Wood, Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Quaintance. The ladies’ high score prise was awarded Mrs. Winfrey, the" men’s Dr. Snead. Mrs. Snead and Brue Wood .won the low score prizes. At the conclusion of the' games a salad course was served by the hostesses.

Bradford, Jr., entertained a group of their friends Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening of last week at bridge, at the home of Mrs. Massie, having as guests Tuesday evening, Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, Dr. and Mrs. J. P. Snead, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, high score for men, Mr. and Mrs. Capt. H. C. Warwick, who won the R. V. Snead, Mr. Snead won low score, Mrs. William Litsey was "^warded first prize for ladies; D. B. Smith, Jr., Dr. and Mrs. Edwin Eastham, Mrs. Will Keyser, who won the traveling prize, and Joe DeJ. Keyser. Wednesday evening Mrs. Massie and Mrs. Bradford had as guests J£r. and Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jf., Mr. and Mrs. Emory Russell, Mr.» and Mfcts. William Gilbert, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning, Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie McGehee, Mr. and Mrs. Lide Bearing, Mrs. Paul Miller, John :(Donny) Keyser, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Cook, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Keyser, Jr., Charles Wood and Mrs. W. A. Moore.
