But now they plow, harrow and seed a field with machines. Why, they can even rig a headlight on a tractor and plow all night. They can do their.field work, a little ■frantically, in a quarter the time it used to take. But owing to the fact that the farms are all electrified and lighted from stem to gudgeon, there is no excuse for a farmer sitting around the kitchen any more. Everything is organized for him to be working att somjething or. other all the time.
